5. Prohibited Conduct

ec333 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or the fairness of play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

8. Termination of Account

ec333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, or our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳100 per month may apply after a further 3-month notice period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

9. Amendments to These Terms

ec333 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of ec333 following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
